One-piece innovation: NEOSID SMD inductors One of our most successful developments include our SMD inductors. We manufacture coil formers and base plates in one piece: As a ferrite component, which we can also form into particularly complex shapes using special injection molding processes. The metal clips, metallisation or solder pins common in the past now become unnecessary. The winding ends of the coil wires are tin-plated and provide the required connections at once. This design guarantees the highest temperature and vibration resistance, a compact shape and little need for space. Many of our inductors meet the specifications for stress test qualification for passive electrical devices, AEC-Q200. Inductance values from 100nH up to 150mH are possible with a current of up to 12 A. These inductors are used for decoupling in LF circuits, as transponder coils and as storage and EMC chokes. Designs with magnetic shielding are also available in different versions. The NEOSID SMD inductors are available in blister belt and are ideal for pick-and-place assembly. Compact, vibration-proof, heat-resistant NEOSID SMD –Inductors Ms50T, Ms85T, and Ms95T convince through innovation and performance.
