Bonding
At Silitrade we provide 1 part and 2 part component materials for protection of your Electronics. Silicones maintain good adhesion to many substrates even within high temperatures the mechanical properties are outstanding. 1K silicones are often used for protection of • stress • vibration and shock under harsh conditions. Acetate curing silicones for high and low temperatures. Bonding and sealing of luminaire housing and diffuser disc / cover Adhesive connection of material: Metal-Glass / Metal-Plastic / Plastic-Plastic • Coating of conveyor belts. • FDA approved. • Chemical resistance. • High mechanical strength.

Box Build

Box Building assembly
Box Building is the process of assembling an electronic device in which electronic components are mounted inside enclosure, usually of metal or plastic. This is an EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) type of manufacturing, in which an external manufacturer performs assembly and testing of electronic devices at the customer’s request, starting from SMT surface assembly, THT assembly, through programming and testing, electrical connection installations, to closing electronic modules in an enclosure and packing them to a dedicated box.

Buzzer, Piezo sounder, Magnetic Sounder, Alarm Siren, Speaker
Piezo Sounders are piezoelectric elements that are encapsulated in a casing and intended to produce an audio signal. Some buzzers have a built-in oscillator (Self driven, buzzer) that sounds with a fixed frequency when energized. Other buzzers (transducers) require a signal to sound. Summers have a resonant frequency where they work best. Outside its resonant range, the sound volume drops drastically. Loose piezo elements can be used both to convert voltage into vibration (sound) or vice versa to convert vibration into voltage.

Cables and connectors

Cabling
We develop cabling according to customer specifications with carefully selected components. We can adapt the design, such as connectors to specific requirements. Our cabling is excellent for harsh environments and applications with complex demands.

Cabling Testing
Cables and conductors play an essential role in many electrical devices, and each application has its own specific cable type. In addition to electrical equipment, cables are also found in homes, workplaces, and public spaces—for example, for power transmission, control, and telecommunications. Conductors and cables may be insulated with rubber or PVC, or be halogen‑free, and their areas of use range from low‑voltage power cables to high‑voltage overhead lines. Cables are subject to a wide variety of requirements, from the EU Construction Products Regulation to cable‑type‑specific standards.

Calibration
The need for calibration is usually based on a company’s quality objectives. Production quality systems and customer agreements require traceability of measurements, and any measurements that affect the quality of the final product must be verified. This is ensured through calibration, either at SGS calibration laboratory or on the customer’s premises. By using calibrated and sufficiently accurate measuring instruments, companies gain better control over their production processes. An effective calibration system enables analysis of measurement equipment performance, supports the achievement of quality targets, and helps keep costs under control. Regular calibrations ensure that instruments maintain the required accuracy and that any deviations remain within agreed limits. SGS experts assist in identifying which instruments need calibration and in scheduling calibrations to align with the customer’s production activities.
