SMT Reflow Oven
The reflow soldering systems from SMT Wertheim stand for maximum efficiency and high product throughput with stable soldering quality. As a complement, we also offer vacuum technology. Full convection reflow soldering systems. Inline vacuum reflow soldering systems are designed to achieve void-free solder joints, a fundamental requirement in high-performance electronics where long-term reliability is essential. To ensure that electronic assemblies operate safely and consistently over many years, solder connections must contain as few voids as possible. Vacuum reflow technology reduces voids in the solder joint to a permissible minimum, ensuring stable, high-quality soldering results suitable for demanding applications.

SPC 4 - A Power connector in 6,35 mm pitch
The new SPC 4 PCB connector series from Phoenix Contact saves space and production costs with its customer-oriented design. With a pitch of just 6.35 mm, the PCB connectors of the SPC 4 series now take up even less space on the device. In combination with the enhanced shield contacting innovation, completely new design freedoms are opened up in the design-in process. The THR headers on the SPC 4 series enable automated assembly, reducing production costs. In addition, this sophisticated series also has reflow soldering capability. The proven Push-in connection makes installation easy, and large conductors up to 4 mm² can be used. With extended touch protection on the header and plug, the connector also provides added value in terms of safety.

SPE - Single Pair Ethernet - Cables and Connectors
Phoenix Contact is extending its portfolio of Onepair series data connectors for Single Pair Ethernet. IP20 PCB connectors and patch cables in accordance with IEC 63171-2 are ideal for efficient data transmission in factory and building automation systems. The portfolio includes pre-assembled patch cables in various lengths as well as compact device connections for the reflow soldering process available in different designs. The connector with IDC displacement connection technology is a new addition. The robust, two-piece housings can be assembled easily without special tools. The IP-protected portfolio in the M8 and M12 design in accordance with IEC 63171-5 also includes pre-assembled patch cables with different cable types and lengths for different applications and device connections in the standard M8 and M12 design. The newly added SPE M8 bulkhead connector enables the transition of IP-protected field cabling to the protected control cabinet cabling.
