      Highstage PLM

As products become more complex and regulatory requirements increase, many electronics teams find themselves spending more time managing documentation than designing products. You’ve probably heard statements like: “We spend too much time searching for the correct design files.” “Our approvals take too long to get through the system.” “We keep re‑creating parts instead of re‑using existing ones.” Unfortunately, these frustrations are common among hardware teams. The good news? There is a better way. It’s absolutely possible to give engineers the freedom to innovate, while structure, traceability, and compliance run seamlessly in the background — without introducing enterprise‑level complexity. And this isn’t just something large corporations can afford or implement. With Highstage PLM, small and medium-sized companies can easily benefit from modern PLM capabilities and: Ensure scalable growth, product quality, and compliance — with minimal complexity and cost. Free up valuable engineering time by removing administrative overhead. Enable true cross‑functional alignment through a single source of truth.

    2. HMI Assembly

      HMI Assembly

Fully customised, plug-and-play HMI assemblies • Scalable solutions from simple to complex configurations • Support across the full development and production process HMI assemblies are complete, tailored user interface solutions developed to fit your product’s mechanical, electrical and functional requirements. Mekoprint combines components such as keypads, displays, PCBAs, shielding, cables and housings into one integrated assembly — delivered either fully assembled or as part-assemblies ready for your production line. These assemblies are often referred to as box-builds, HMI modules or plug-and-play solutions designed for smooth and efficient integration.  Typical configurations include a keypad mounted on a backplate for straightforward mechanical installation, multifunction assemblies with environmental sealing and shielding, integrated HMI fronts with display and inputs, or complete self-contained modules with electronics and wiring. Mekoprint supports the entire process from design and prototyping to testing, documentation and serial production, helping reduce part numbers, simplify assembly and streamline your supply chain.

    3. HMI Design

      HMI Design

Structured HMI development from concept to production • Design and engineering with production in mind • Flexible support tailored to your development needs Mekoprint’s HMI design services support the development of intuitive, robust and production-ready HMI solutions. The design and engineering team works as an extension of the customer’s organisation, providing specialist HMI expertise where needed – from early concept to release for production and throughout the product life cycle. The services are structured into clear development stages, allowing customers to engage Mekoprint at any point in their development process. Support can range from targeted design or engineering tasks to full project ownership, depending on resources, timelines and project complexity. The focus is always on creating solutions that are feasible to manufacture and ready for serial production. By combining design, engineering and manufacturing knowledge, Mekoprint helps reduce iterations, mitigate risk and accelerate time to market. Early involvement ensures that usability, durability, cost and production requirements are addressed from the start, resulting in HMI solutions that perform reliably throughout their lifetime.

    4. HMI Displays

      HMI Displays

Customised display solutions for industrial HMI applications • Flexible integration from stand-alone displays to complete HMI fronts • One partner for display sourcing, integration and HMI assembly HMI displays are customised display solutions developed for industrial applications where reliability, availability and integration are critical. Mekoprint supplies and specifies displays based on customer requirements, ranging from stand-alone display modules to fully integrated front panels with touch, cover glass, keypads or complete HMI assemblies. Display technologies such as TFT, LCD, LED, OLED or e-paper are selected together with the customer to ensure the right performance, lifetime and supply stability. Displays can be delivered with or without touch and integrated as part of a complete HMI solution, including mechanical mounting, optical bonding and final assembly. Mekoprint supports the full process from specification and sourcing to integration, testing and serial production. The goal is to deliver a display solution that fits both the product design and the supply chain, with one responsible partner for display and HMI integration.

Our HMI offering covers the full value chain, including HMI design services, display solutions, complete HMI assemblies, silicone keypads and membrane switch keypads. This allows us to support both individual components and fully integrated user interfaces. We combine design, engineering and manufacturing expertise to ensure that each solution is intuitive, robust and ready for serial production. Whether you need support with development, integration or supply, we meet you where you are in your process.

    6. Hot Melt

      Hot Melt

Hot Melt – efficient bonding with fast setting time Hot melt adhesives are thermoplastic materials that are applied in a molten state and bond as they cool and solidify. This creates a fast, strong, and reliable bond without the need for solvents or curing time, making hot melt an efficient solution for many industrial applications. Hot melt systems are widely used across multiple industries, including: Manufacturing and assembly – for rapid bonding of components where short cycle times are critical. Packaging industry – commonly used for carton sealing, labeling, and case closing due to fast setting and high productivity. Furniture, woodworking, and textiles – providing strong adhesion with clean application and minimal waste.

    7. Housing kits for telectronics

      Housing kits for telectronics

Electronics housings provide safety and protection for the electronics. Housing kits from Phoenix Contact make it easier to select the entire housing for rapid prototyping. Both for mechanical mounting on a DIN rail in accordance with DIN EN 60715 and outside the control cabinet, the tailored housing system provides a solid basis, plus integrable components for the interfaces. To accommodate an electronic circuit board including the corresponding connection technology, the kits contain all the components needed to assemble a complete housing that is ready to use straight away. In industrial electronics, this enables the fast and cost-effective implementation of individual devices and test setups, right up to small series.

    8. Hybrid connectivity - Power & fiber

Hybrid connectivity - Power & fiber

A hybrid connection is used to connect both power and fiber to various applications, such as wireless network infrastructure, security and surveillance systems, tactical weapon control stations, C-UAS (Counter UAS) and much more. With Hexatronic FieldLink hybrid cabling, you can save time and reduce material costs in temporary connections in outdoor environments. Expanded beam hybrid connectors with both optical fiber (lenses) and copper pins are ideal for use in harsh environments where optical interfaces can easily become contaminated and potentially compromise system performance. The connector housing is available in Senior or MIL-DTL-38999 design, the insert is available in various lens/pin configurations. Hexatronic MIL-TAC (Military Tactical) hybrid cables are designed for outdoor use and can withstand temporary deployment directly on the ground in all terrains, including harsh environments with a high risk of crushing. Our MIL-TAC hybrid cables are extremely strong, have a high flexibility and are designed with a compact and round cable design for easy use/transport. Our hybrid connectivity solution is also part of the Hexatronic InOne range, our fast deployment powered/fiber system for tactical communication in harsh environments. The InOne system consists of 1. Hybrid Distribution Node (230VAC in), 2. Field Deployable Connectivity Solution (FieldLink Hybrid) and 3. Hybrid Access Node (48/24VDC).
