Wiring harness

HMI Displays

Mekoprint supplies and specifies displays based on customer requirements, ranging from stand-alone display modules to fully integrated front panels with touch, cover glass, keypads or complete HMI assemblies. Display technologies such as TFT, LCD, LED, OLED or e-paper are selected together with the customer to ensure the right performance, lifetime and supply stability. Displays can be delivered with or without touch and integrated as part of a complete HMI solution, including mechanical mounting, optical bonding and final assembly. Mekoprint supports the full process from specification and sourcing to integration, testing and serial production. The goal is to deliver a display solution that fits both the product design and the supply chain, with one responsible partner for display and HMI integration.
HMI Assembly
Fully customised, plug-and-play HMI assemblies • Scalable solutions from simple to complex configurations • Support across the full development and production process HMI assemblies are complete, tailored user interface solutions developed to fit your product’s mechanical, electrical and functional requirements. Mekoprint combines components such as keypads, displays, PCBAs, shielding, cables and housings into one integrated assembly — delivered either fully assembled or as part-assemblies ready for your production line. These assemblies are often referred to as box-builds, HMI modules or plug-and-play solutions designed for smooth and efficient integration. Typical configurations include a keypad mounted on a backplate for straightforward mechanical installation, multifunction assemblies with environmental sealing and shielding, integrated HMI fronts with display and inputs, or complete self-contained modules with electronics and wiring. Mekoprint supports the entire process from design and prototyping to testing, documentation and serial production, helping reduce part numbers, simplify assembly and streamline your supply chain.
Membrane switch keypads
• Thin layered construction with multiple integrated functions • Sealed front surface suitable for demanding cleaning • Printed front layers enable design flexibility and customisation Membrane switch keypads are thin, integrated HMI solutions designed for applications where space efficiency, sealing and functional integration are key requirements. The keypad is constructed from printed and laminated layers that combine graphics, tactility, electrical functions, lighting and protection in a compact assembly. This approach allows many functions to be defined without mechanical parts, providing high design flexibility within a controlled and sealed structure. Tactile response can be adapted using embossing, metal domes or polydomes, depending on actuation requirements, sound level and expected lifetime. The front layer defines the visual appearance through artwork, surface textures and effects such as dead-front symbols or tinted display windows. Backlighting, ESD protection and optical control can be integrated directly into the layer stack. Membrane switch keypads are often developed as part of a larger HMI assembly. They can be combined with displays, PCBs or flex circuits and delivered as a ready-to-install control interface. This makes them well suited for industrial equipment, medical devices and electronic control systems where a thin, sealed and integrated HMI solution is preferred.
Silicone rubber keypads

They are manufactured from high-quality silicone using compression moulding. Silicone rubber keyapds provide a clear tactile response and a long service life. The design can be adapted with different key shapes, surface structures, colours and backlighting to support both functionality and product design. In addition to reliable operation, silicone rubber keypads can contribute to effective sealing of the user interface when integrated into the overall control surface. This makes them well suited for applications in industrial equipment, medical devices, agricultural and construction machinery, as well as professional electronics where durability, usability and environmental resistance are key requirements.
