Syntronic develops intelligent log analysis system for enhanced server stability

Syntronic recently signed a cooperation agreement with leading cloud computing and big data service providers to develop a customized intelligent log analysis system. Through deep integration of software and hardware, the team has created a complete solution that supports log collection, diagnosis, communication, and firmware upgrades.

The newly developed system communicates with different boards using interfaces such as serial ports, IIC, and SPI. It collects and stores relevant logs, performs intelligent diagnostics, and automatically saves and reports any abnormalities that occur.

Integrated functions supporting server reliability
The solution includes several key functions. It collects a variety of logs through serial and SPI interfaces and stores them in predefined locations. It also diagnoses the collected logs according to specific rules and flags any anomalies, which are then saved and reported.

Time management is handled through communication with a time module via the IIC interface. The system includes a protocol stack that enables communication with the baseboard management controller (BMC) via IIC Slave. Additionally, it supports online image upgrades to ensure up-to-date functionality.
