FieldLink is a lightweight deployment system for temporary networks.

FieldLink is a modular cable system developed for fiber technicians in critical situations. The equipment is adapted for use in demanding environments where higher demands are placed on the optical link that must last during long and intensive sessions, and which can be reused over and over again.

The MARS® reel is made of impact-modified polymer with a high durability, which is easy to transport, and eliminates rust that occurs in field applications. With a modular design, interconnected stacking is enabled, which means that reels can be easily stacked and interconnected during transport. The MARS® reel system is available in five standard sizes and fits with backpacks, tripods and reel cradles.

The backpack has an ergonomic design and is constructed with a robust frame that is equipped with padded straps with good properties for use in outdoor environments. The frame has a through axle with a brake for the reel that prevents overwinding and quick-attachment without loose parts that can disappear in the blueberry rice.
