    2. 6TL36 In-line Test Handler w/bypass

      6TL36 In-line Test Handler w/bypass

The 6TL36 test handler is the first ATE handler on the market that easily integrates the radio frequency tests into mass production lines. The modular approach of the 6TL36 offers the possibility of adding handlers together for a work in parallel that reduces the cycle time and saves costs as well as space, when comparing to traditional parallel solutions. Therefore, the system can be ordered with only one conveyor, with two conveyors (bypass or dual-line) and with three conveyors (Retour conveyor). The 6TL36 is the best production solution to test the products that feature the latest challenges set out by the IoT and the manufacturing of connected products.

    3. BOM Compliance Platform

      BOM Compliance Platform

Certainli assists electronics companies in selecting the right components from a compliance perspective, thereby managing the growing regulations surrounding components. The AI-supported platform automatically searches for and provides access to verified supplier documentation required for certifications such as CE marking – a task that is otherwise time-consuming and risky to handle manually. The platform can be easily linked with the companies' existing systems, making compliance an integrated part of the development process. With Certainli, the risk of late component changes and costly delays is reduced, while products reach the market faster and remain there more securely.

    4. eco-PEN XS

      eco-PEN XS

The new microdispenser was specially designed for the lowest limit ranges of dispensing quantities and is currently the world‘s most precise volumetric microdispensers in its class! In this way the eco-PEN XS 180 is a milestone in microdispensing technology (~0,25μl). In this system the proven technology of the eccentric screw pump is designed and manufactured in a miniaturized version. New manufacturing processes and materials are used to convert the complex geometries of the screw auger and the stator into this small design. Material can flow and be metered in very small volumes, fully volumetrically, out of the valve and also in reverse inward fashion. This ensures a very clean and precise dispensing of the material. High precision +-1% Easy bleeding screw Low weight of approx. 175 g High axis acceleration possible Narrow grid spacing with ~25 mm Bead widths of >0,1 mm* Low shearing Very low dead volume ~0,9 ml Measuring Length 178 mm Width 22 mm Depth 65 mm Functionality The preeflow® eco-PEN XS 180 is a rotating, pressure-tight displacement system. It consists of a stainless steel rotor and an elastomer stator which together form a self-sealing system. This creates individual, self-contained volume chambers. As a result of the rotational movement of the stator, the volume chambers are pushed further, thereby generating the material flow. For low-viscosity products, the system is self-priming. To control the preeflow speed control "plug n dose" is required.

Instead of traditional sheet metal drums, we choose MARS® cable reels that are constructed of an impact modified polymer for high surviability and with the advantage of eliminating rust resulting from field operations. Designed with interlocking stacking and integrated connector storage, allows the reels to be stacked and interlocked during transportation and storage. MARS® is a modular solution available with different deployable tripods, frames and backpack solutions. Specification: - 1 to 16 optical channels - Singlemode or Multimode - Expanded beam connectors - Deployable MIL-TAC cable - > 1 000 meter cable capacity

    6. FSWX - signal and spectrum analyzer

FSWX - signal and spectrum analyzer

Measure the impossible FSWX signal and spectrum analyzer In today’s fast-paced technological landscape, having a reliable and efficient signal analysis solution that can transcend the limits and overcome the limitations of traditional measurement methods is crucial. The cutting-edge multipath FSWX architecture brings a new level of performance and precision to signal analysis. By applying preselection, suppressing inherent noise and spurious signals and minimizing unwanted artifacts, the FSWX ensures that the true characteristics of the signal under test are accurately captured and analyzed.

    7. HDI pool

      HDI pool

Eurocircuits’ HDI Pool PCB manufacturing and assembly service enables designers to integrate microvias into their layouts for fine-pitch components, while benefiting from the cost advantages of pooling. More frequently designers are finding that key components — previously available in standard packages — are now only available in very fine pin pitch packages. Whilst this may only apply to one or two components on your PCB it will require complex fan-outs using via in pad (microvias) solutions. Our HDI pool allows you to incorporate these components in your design with the necessary track widths and microvias without making the whole design a high-density interconnect layout. Our pooling prices are based on panel-sharing, while non-pooling prices are calculated using a production panel tailored to the specific options and job. PCBs can be supplied as single circuits or panels.
