eco-PEN XS
The new microdispenser was specially designed for the lowest limit ranges of dispensing quantities and is currently the world‘s most precise volumetric microdispensers in its class! In this way the eco-PEN XS 180 is a milestone in microdispensing technology (~0,25μl). In this system the proven technology of the eccentric screw pump is designed and manufactured in a miniaturized version. New manufacturing processes and materials are used to convert the complex geometries of the screw auger and the stator into this small design. Material can flow and be metered in very small volumes, fully volumetrically, out of the valve and also in reverse inward fashion. This ensures a very clean and precise dispensing of the material. It consists of a stainless steel rotor and an elastomer stator which together form a self-sealing system. This creates individual, self-contained volume chambers. As a result of the rotational movement of the stator, the volume chambers are pushed further, thereby generating the material flow. For low-viscosity products, the system is self-priming. To control the preeflow speed control "plug n dose" is required.
eco-PEN 1-component dispenser
A purely volumetric dispensing device that applies the smallest amounts of single-component or 1-component fluids – for high-precision dosing technology. Thanks to the ViscoTec endless piston principle, low viscous to pasty liquids are conveyed perfectly. Independent of viscosity fluctuations, a clean, process-reliable dosage is achieved. preeflow® positive displacement pumps stand for high-quality products, from control units to industrial dispensers. Always following our philosophy: “smaller, more precise, economical”. They are suitable for manual workstations as desktop devices or for automated operation. But also, as a built-in device in control cabinets or as front panel modules.
eco-DUO 2-component dispenser
Two component dispensing and meter mix systems by preeflow: The first purely volumetric dispensing system for precise meter mix dispensing and applicating minimum quantities of 2-component fluids and pastes. With targeted controlling of the single components the mixing ratio can be adjusted up to the second place after the decimal point. Independent from viscosity fluctuations, a clean and reliable dispensing can be achieved.Controlled thread breakage, thanks to the suck-back effect, and other functions, distinguish the preeflow mixing dispenser of the eco-DUO series from other 2 part dispensing systems. vipro-TREAT MX
vipro-TREAT MX is a compact 2-component dispensing system. The standalone dispensing system, including material treatment is designed for manual potting applications, especially for the electronics industry. It is perfectly suited for low to mid viscosity, respectively self-levelling materials, like Epoxies, Polyurethanes or Silicones. Those 2-component materials can contain fillers and can be dispensed with a mixing ratio of 1:1 to 10:1. The flexible system is designed with two pressure containers, one each per component.
