About us

The smartTec Group has been your solution provider for Europe for over 20 years!
With comprehensive line solutions, strong partner companies, and an excellent warehousing and logistics system, we offer a uniquely wide portfolio.

Shortly after the founding of smartTec GmbH in 2003, we positioned ourselves as a recognized system supplier for electronics manufacturers in the DACH region. With the acquisition of Peter Jordan Nordic (now smartTec Nordic) in 2008, we expanded into the Scandinavian countries.
The restructuring into three business divisions in 2014, the development of our own smartControl line control software in 2015, and finally, in 2018, the market launch of the process and transport modules under the name smart.e.connect, allowed us to grow further. Finally, in 2024, we expanded into the Baltic States and Finland.

Today, we are a globally valued system integrator with a multitude of line installations worldwide.
