Assembly of printed circuit boards
We have professional lines for the assembly of printed circuit boards, which ensure the most optimal manufacturing of products with a large volume and complexity, as well as limited series of products or dedicated designs, prepared for individual customer orders. Observing the dynamics of the changing market, we ensure competitive manufacturing costs and transparent regulation of the manufacturing volume. The R&D (Research and Development) department creates concepts for new products and services, develops techniques for their production and application, and conducts tests necessary to verify the effectiveness and safety of these products. The involvement of the Nordes team in the implementation of subsequent R&D projects results in a continuous increase in the offer of innovative devices that meet the needs and expectations of our partners and customers.

Electronics encapsulation
Encapsulation of electronics is an efficient way to protect individual elements from the influence of external environment. The assembled electronic modules are placed in the enclosure and filled with resin to the appropriate height of the module to cover and protect all elements of the electronic system. The main role of this process is to flood pre-defined or positioned elements with liquid, which is left until the resin sets and the filler is completely cured. The result of this process is a hermetic construction that is integrally bound together with the housing.

TRACEABILITY
TRACEABILITY in the manufacturing process (TTC, i.e. Track, Trace and Control) is a solution that is characterized by high complexity and is related to supply chain management. Thanks to the traceability of the process, we are able to monitor the flow of products, materials and components and track their locations. Traceability allows you to check and test manufacturing processes, their subsequent stages, we have full access to verifying the process and controlling batches of products and raw materials. This is extremely important in the event that a given element included in the product turns out to be defective.

Box Building assembly
Box Building is the process of assembling an electronic device in which electronic components are mounted inside enclosure, usually of metal or plastic. This is an EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) type of manufacturing, in which an external manufacturer performs assembly and testing of electronic devices at the customer’s request, starting from SMT surface assembly, THT assembly, through programming and testing, electrical connection installations, to closing electronic modules in an enclosure and packing them to a dedicated box.

Plastic injection molding
We have a professional manufacturing infrastructure using both high- and low-pressure plastic injection molding machines. Electronics designing – R&D (Research and Development) Department
The R&D (Research and Development) Department creates concepts for new products and services, develops techniques for their production and application and conducts tests necessary to verify the effectiveness and safety of these products. The involvement of Nordes team in the implementation of subsequent R&D projects results in continuous increase in the offer of innovative devices that meet the needs and expectations of our partners and customers. Building teams consisting of experienced specialists and investing in modern technological infrastructure contributes to the continuous development of our R&D Department. The goal of this work is to increase the effectiveness of actions taken to improve the quality of our services and meet the needs of our consumers.

We carry out the following activities as a part of after-sales service: - The implementation of post-guarantee service in EMS production is the process of providing repair and maintenance services for electronic products after the end of guarantee period. We offer our customers diagnosis and repair of damaged products, electronics maintenance, software updates, replacement of parts and other services related to keeping products in good condition. - Equipment calibration is the process of setting and adjusting the parameters of an electronic device so that it meets certain standards of quality and accuracy. Equipment calibration is often performed to ensure that electronic products meet the quality and functional requirements of customers according to the device specifications.
