LEMO Launches the New OPTIMA D Series Compact & Rugged Connectors for Extreme Conditions
LEMO is proud to introduce the OPTIMA D Series, a new range of compact connectors engineered for demanding applications in defence, aerospace, and mission-critical systems. Combining compact size, IP68 sealing even when unmated, and a robust 5-spur keying system, the OPTIMA D Series ensures secure blind mating and reliable performance in the harshest environments. Designed for easy integration, it offers push-pull and break-away latching options, along with a modular architecture for greater design flexibility. Tested to MIL-STD-810H, this next-generation solution delivers the durability and adaptability required for mission-critical systems—where performance and reliability are non-negotiable. To support seamless integration, LEMO also offers end-to-end cable assembly solutions, including custom harness design, overmolding, private labeling, and full certification (IPC-620, ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL-STD-810).

Concentric Connectors
Multi concentric contact connector is a new range of products dedicated to setups where connectors need to allow some rotation. Applications include petroleum downhole drilling systems and turret applications. These precision engineered connectors include multiple concentric electrical contacts. the number of contacts range from 4 to 10 contacts available in various shell sizes. These contacts are designed for low speed rotation, they can last up to 10000 rotation cycles.
T-serie IP66/68
LEMO enhances the T series range with a new design, the connector plug and free socket now include the LEMO "chocolate design" pattern, already on LEMO’s traditional products, B and K series. This new design is completely compatible with previous designs. The TT, 0T and 1T series will be available with 3 latches. Caps are to be updated to reflect the chocolate plate as well.
REDEL SP Medical connector
The REDEL SP connectors are plastic Push-Pull connectors offering an ergonomic grip and a variety of colours enhancing usability. The latch sleeve is recessed into the connectors body ensuring greater shock resistance. The outer shell in proprietary sulfone PPSU material (FDA approved) enables extensive sterilisation cycles and high chemical resistance. The use of a rectangular insert conveniently provides a larger area for higher contact density. Contact configurations are available in solder, crimp and print options. The complete connector can be easily assembled from spare parts (even the contact configuration) offering good flexibility in stock keeping. These circular plastic connectors are especially adapted for applications such as medical instrument devices, automotive and test & measurement. This product is ideally suited to be paired with Northwire’s robust USP Class VI silicone cable alternative, BioCompatic cable.

LEMO Anglissimo
The Anglissimo plug is an eight in-one plug that can be adapted by the user to all space constraints. Thanks to our technology, you can choose by yourself the best cable outlet need for your application even after the soldering process. This new elbow connector design allows to adjust and position the connector in an efficient way in order to prevent cable snaging. Each connector can be orientated during its assembly and enables 8 positions. The connector then remains securely positioned in its orientation.
New multi coaxial model with high frequency performance
LEMO is expanding its field-proven M Series with a new multi coaxial configuration, named LM.232, available in size LM with up to 12x coaxial contacts. These new plugs and fixed sockets have been specifically designed for all applications requiring high frequency performance in harsh environments. This new insert configuration integrates 12x coaxial contacts type 0R (50 Ohm) allowing a frequency up to 26.5 GHz with a low Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR). The coaxial contact is easy to mount, thanks to its crimp contact and retaining clip. It is designed to be terminated with flexible low-loss communication cable LMR-100A or MULTIFLEX 86.
