For 40 years, ESD-Center has helped our customers manufacture, assemble and service electronics in a profitable, efficient and sustainable way in order to remain competitive in a global market.

iineo ii N1 Pick and Place Machine
As you might expect from Europlacer, the SMT placement equipment iineo is a single elegant structure capable of almost unlimited configurations. The capability that comes as standard within the machine is however the most important aspect of this platform: On most of pick and place machines, the heads can only place a specific range of components. It certainly just makes life complicated. As a result you can’t effectively balance that single machine, let alone a complete line. That’s why the SMT placement machine iineo has genuine line balancing capabilities. All heads and all nozzle positions capable of placing the full range of components. Above all, you don’t have to compromise on feeder positions or throughput speed, production can run as efficiently as is possible. Firstly iineo is fitted with linear motors and digital cameras. In addition, it utilises Europlacer’s unique and proven core features such as Integrated IntelligenceTM , intelligent feeders, smart nozzles and 3DPS. 3DPS provides guaranteed closed loop control of pick and placement forces for all components. Importantly, iineo is able to produce very large boards, as it is capable of being configured to manage 1610mm x 600mm size substrates.
SMT Reflow Oven
The reflow soldering systems from SMT Wertheim stand for maximum efficiency and high product throughput with stable soldering quality. As a complement, we also offer vacuum technology. Full convection reflow soldering systems. Inline vacuum reflow soldering systems are designed to achieve void-free solder joints, a fundamental requirement in high-performance electronics where long-term reliability is essential. To ensure that electronic assemblies operate safely and consistently over many years, solder connections must contain as few voids as possible. Vacuum reflow technology reduces voids in the solder joint to a permissible minimum, ensuring stable, high-quality soldering results suitable for demanding applications.
MB TECH Stencil Cleaner
NC29 is a stencil cleaner especially developed to be used with the benefits of Vigon MPC® system. To achieve good cleaning results the N29 use a combination of spray under immersion in the cleaning tank where the stencil is cleaned with ultrasonic. The drying process is done in a seprate tank so a new stencil can be cleaned at the same time as another is dried. N29 has a 100% closed loop system with low consumption and process costs. N29 can also be used for cleaning "misprints"
Tagarno T50
Tagarno Digital microscope is an inspectionsystem with very high resolution for outstanding picture quality. The equipment was developed with focus for optimized posture and improved ergonomics over traditional microscopes. All Tagarno different systems are ideally suited for such manual inspection, assembly and soldering, repair and overhaul, quality control and at training. Thanks to the design, there is plenty of room under the camera which helps in such soldering. Among lot of accessories there are several apps for measuring, compare and stacking images. We also offer stands, lighting and lenses for different magnification.
Motorized Workbench
Our premium workbenches comes in various sizes . The motorized height adjustment between 690 - 1180mm is fast and easy. The workbenches can be equipped with different options shelves, lightning, C-profile among other. All standard items is painted with a dissipative paint.
PVA Coating Robot
The Delta 8 is a flexible robotic conformal coating/dispensing system that is ideal for selective coating, potting and meter-mix dispensing applications. Conceptualized for maximum flexibility, the system can also be configured for custom assembly applications. Maintaining the preferred features of previous workcells, the Delta 8 features a robust overhead three-axis motion platform suitable for inline or batch operations. Improved structural and gantry rigidity have been added for robustness and easier access.

ESD Test station PGT130
PGT130DT is a compact test system for accurate testing and documentation of personnel grounding with shoes,wrist strap and ESD smock. PGT130 comes with integrated data terminal and RFID reader. Several devices can be combined in a network and synchronized centrally with the DataTermD software.
