LiquidFlow 30M- Plug & Play
LiquidFlow 30M is a compact Plug & Play system for automated dispensing and mixing of two-component materials (2K), such as polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone with low to medium viscosity. The system delivers consistent quality, shorter cycle times, and minimal material waste, making it ideal for both small and medium-sized production lines. Electrically driven gear pumps ensure a constant, pulsation-free flow and precise ratio control, even when flow rates or material densities change. The dynamic mixer provides a homogeneous blend and minimizes the risk of air bubbles, ensuring proper curing. The system can handle flow rates of up to 30 liters/min, depending on the material and viscosity. eldomix
eldomix: machine for epoxy potting, bonding and sealing A compact, versatile and reliable system for precise dosing of 2K media The eldomix 100/600 range of systems are compact, solvent free, gear pump driven metering and mixing systems. They are used to apply low to medium viscosity multiple component materials such as epoxies, polyurethanes and silicones. The material is supplied from pressure vessels. Special configurations to process high viscosity media are also available.

rotormix
The rotormix is a progressive cavity pump system designed for conveying and metering two-component materials. From water-thin to paste-like, highly viscous media, all materials can be optimally processed with the rotormix. Depending on the viscosity, the media can be fed either from cartridges, pressure tanks or vessel pumps, with application basically taking place directly from the metering system onto the component. Together with the DC drive, this ensures dynamic metering and a controllable back sucktion effect. A clean thread break is thus ensured at all times. A major advantage of the volumetric metering system: The heart of the machine, consisting of only two parts, the stator-rotor combination, ensures leakage-free sealing. It conveys the material continuously through the system without volume limitation, with low shear and gently in the axial direction. This makes it particularly suitable for filled media.
