EFOY Fuel Cell Pro 2800 125W
EFOY Pro fuel cell generators are smart energy producers that can be used to recharge batteries continuously and fully automatically. To do this, the fuel cell is connected directly to the battery that supplies consumers and monitors its charge level. The fuel cell recharges the battery fully automatically and then switches to standby – without any need for maintenance or intervention on the behalf of the user. The EFOY Pro fuel cells are the ideal power generators for industrial applications. The EFOY Pro is used for on-board power supply in vehicles, as off-grid power supply, e.g. for monitoring systems, measuring stations, oil and gas and many other applications. All EFOY fuel cells are quiet and environmentally friendly. During operation, the sole by-products are small quantities of carbon dioxide and water. Due to this, the EFOY fuel cells can be used in nature reserves as well as in closed vehicles and rooms. The EFOY fuel cells are equally suitable for covert investigations, thanks to their low-vibration and quiet operation without heat generation.
IMDBOX – DGUV Compliant Safety System
The IMDBOX ensures electrical safety when using an AC 230V energy power system, e.g. mobile inverters- or generators run by fossil fuel inside a vehicle using ’protective separation with insulation monitoring and disconnection’. To provide the highest safety, the IMDBOX is equipped with both a combi C16A/30mA RCBO protection relay and an Isolation Monitoring Device combined with a 16A contactor. Usually installations inside buildings are connected to the grid with a ground spear or directly to the power plant. However using a ground spear from a moving vehicle is not possible and connecting one from a parked vehicle requires a professional electrician to measure the present resistance in the ground. The combination of both the protective separation and the integrated protective devices mentioned above, offer a safe environment for end users of AC 230V, both inside and outside vehicles equipped with AC 230V systems connected to the IMDBOX. The integrated IMD in the IMDBOX continuously monitors the insulation resistance of the unearthed system and the currently measured insulation resistance is indicated on the built-in LED of the IMD. In this way changes such as the connection of loads via socket(s) can easily be visually detected through the hatch. Using the IMDBOX in vehicles mounted after inverters and other 230V power products will offer you the highest possible safty just as in a building.
AWILCO ES-2002 Energy System 12V 2000W
The ES-2002 energy system is targeted for use where compliance to the German standard DGUV 203-032 is required or a wish from the end user. The ES-2002 also complies to Danish DS/HD standard* and holds several international certifications** ES-2002 offers the highest level of user protection with a build in IMD monitoring relay completely cutting off output in case of a failure. The relay is exceeding the DGUV 203-032 requirement.*** With the ES-2002 you can save time looking for sockets for your power tools. The 2000W combi inverter supplies power like a regular socket for your 230V devices such as hand tools, computer, drone and workstation and charges the batteries for your cordless tools. The ES-2002 has a robust and shockproof steel cabinet and is designed for floor installation in commercial vehicles taking up least possible space. It has a removable display that can be mounted where it is most practical and built in Bluetooth for battery monitoring via AWILCO’s app. You can also have an on/off function fitted to the car’s ignition key. The intelligent battery management system (BMS) protects the batteries against overload and ensures longest possible life of the energy system. The BMS also ensures fast and efficient charging from the vehicle generator, from solar panels via the built in charge controller or from an external socket. Extra batteries can expand the capacity of the energy system giving you more freedom at work: connecting extra batteries the built in 1280Wh can be increased up to 7680Wh.
